What to expect? All of our CrossFit Classes are one hour, coach-led, and follow a general progression plan:
Workout Brief: Coach explains the workout, movements, and scaling options Warm Up: Coach led and includes a general warm-up, as well as getting ready for specific movements Movement Instruction: Instruction and review of the workout movements, broken down step-by-step Workout: 3.2.1....Gooooo! The coach will provide cues and tips throughout the workout, ensuring you continue to move efficiently and safely Cooldown: Stretch and Recover
